We warranty our watches for a period of one year from date of purchase.  Our warranty excludes watch case, bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear-and-tear and/or physical abuse and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations.  Our Warranty does not cover scratches, plating, leather, leather-like or rubber straps, batteries or damage due to misuse or neglect.

Please make sure to inspect your watch to see that it is in good working order before wearing or removing any tags or protective covering.

Once a watch has had its tags removed or has been worn or sized we can only repair the watch if needed and send it back to you.  We cannot accept it as a return for a refund.
