If for some reason you decide that the watch you purchased just isn't for you, we offer a 3 day return policy from date of signed receipt of product, provided you meet ALL of the following criteria:
1) You must call us at the number provided with your product or email us at sales@yourwatchconnection.com prior to returning the item in order to receive instructions and an RMA number.
2) The item must be returned in the original box, with all of the original packaging intact.
3) The item must be in an unused, resaleable condition with all protective plastic and tags in place.
4) Return shipping is at the buyers expense and the item must be shipped within 3 days of receipt.
There will be a ten percent restocking fee ($25.00 minimum) to cover our handling costs. We must receive the watch shipping pre-paid and fully insured, in an unused and undamaged condition. We will not refund any shipping charges or taxes.
Exchanges
You may apply your entire purchase price towards an exchange for another of our items. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance to return the original item and shipping at our normal rates for the new item.
