Q: Your prices are so low – these watches must be: used - fake - refurbished - damaged, etc.

A: ALL OF OUR WATCHES ARE NEW, 100% AUTHENTIC, GENUINE MANUFACTURER ORIGINALS WITH ALL SERIAL NUMBERS AND MARKINGS INTACT! Each and every watch has been individually inspected by professionals to ensure its authenticity. 

We DO NOT buy or sell used, fake or refurbished merchandise and we guarantee that the watch you purchase is authentic or your money back.

Q: OK, these are authentic, new watches – how can you sell them for so much less than the competition?

A: We purchase our watches in large quantities from closeouts, bankruptcies, and overstocks. We save on the cost of our product by not paying a premium price for box and papers. Additionally, we have no walk-in storefront to serve the public – just warehouse facilities and minimal office space.  Our extremely low overhead and Internet-only marketing strategy is what allows us to offer these watches at such a huge discount!

Q: Why do some of the watches not come in the manufacturer’s original box?

A: We purchase our watches from closeouts, bankruptcies, and overstocks in large quantities and we do not pay extra to ensure that every watch comes in an original box.  Even so, approximately 70% of our watches are sold with a manufacturers box.  -More information about boxes-

Q: Can I call / e-mail to determine if the watch I am interested in will come in an original box?

A: Sorry, but our inventory turns over very rapidly and we send original boxes on a first-come, first-served basis.  We cannot commit / promise that you will receive an original box for a particular watch.

Q: Why do some of the watches not come with the original instructions / paperwork?

A: We purchase our watches from closeouts, bankruptcies, and overstocks in large quantities and we do not pay extra to replace missing instructions or other paperwork.  Instructions for most watches can easily be downloaded on the Internet and we have a links page to help you find / download instructions for many of the watches.

Q: Why do some of the watches not come with the original warranty card?

Q: Why don’t I get the original manufacturer’s warranty?

A: We are not affiliated with any watch manufacturer and therefore cannot offer the manufacturer’s warranty.  We include a one-year comprehensive warranty on every watch that we sell.  -Warranty Information-

WHEN COMPARING US TO OTHER SITES AND BEFORE BUYING, PLEASE BE AWARE that while many will include an original warranty card or claim to “honor the original manufacturers warranty”, unless they are an authorized dealer specifically for the brand of watch that you are buying, YOU STILL HAVE NO RIGHTS TO MANUFACTURER WARRANTY SERVICE.  This may mislead you into believing that the watch is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty when it really is not!

Q: Can you send me additional pictures of the watch I am interested in?

A: All of the pictures that we have available are already included in the listing.

Q: How can I size my watch?

A:  If you have purchased a watch with a metal bracelet, there is a good chance you will have to have the band resized. This can only be done accurately with the wearer of the watch present.  We suggest you take your watch to a reputable local jeweler for sizing. You can expect to pay a nominal fee (around $5-$10) for the service.

Watches that have been re-sized cannot be returned!
